Refund Policy

Nourished Living LLP aims to provide quality products and services.

1. Physical Products

Refunds or replacements may be considered where:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Wrong product received

  • Product missing from shipment

  • Product has manufacturing defect

Requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or compliance reasons, opened consumables, used products, and personalised items may not be eligible unless defective.

3. Digital Products / Coaching / Events

Fees for digital downloads, coaching sessions, consultations, or booked events are generally non-refundable once delivered or attended, unless otherwise stated.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks and payment providers.
