Keep people around the campfire
The fire is you as a Leader, it’s also Convention and Leadership events.
The fire is also your continual personal development.
One of the biggest challenges in network marketing is leaders only concentrate on the 5%. 80% of low desire or no desire make up 80% of your check. Although these customers don’t require a lot of attention they do require some love. Just because there’s many who don’t have big desires doesn’t mean they’re not important.
If you keep people around the campfire long enough their level of desire may grow. if you are leading by example with the people who are coachable then they may step a little closer to the fire. Their level of desire may increase, they may catch a spark.
Our job as a leader is to create an amazing fire, a culture that makes people feel good regardless of their level of desire or the level or result.
