How to Use Essential Oils:
There are three primary ways to enjoy the benefits of essential oils:
Aromatically: Breathe in the soothing scents by diffusing them in your space or simply inhaling directly from the bottle.
Topically: Apply directly to your skin, especially on pulse points like the wrists, neck, and soles of the feet. Dilution with a carrier oil is recommended for sensitive skin.
Internally: Some essential oils can be ingested to support overall wellness. Add a drop to your water, tea, or a veggie capsule, but always ensure the oil is safe for internal use.
